Managing in a World-Wide Context 4 Quarter Hours Whether you work in a large or small company, a governmental agency, a nonprofit or community-based organization, or run your own small business, you must function in a new and highly interconnected world-wide context. This course explores this new environment from multiple perspectives. You will examine cultural, environmental, ethical, political, and legal differences across different regions of the world. Attention is focused on how to manage and lead across boundaries to meet the challenges of this new context.
